Domestic and Foreign Travel Defined
Domestic Travel includes all travel within the fifty United States, and U.S. territories and possessions. Foreign Travel encompasses all travel between foreign countries and between the U.S. and foreign countries. American carriers must be used when Contract funds are paying expenses. It includes trips arranged for individuals originating from foreign countries.
