Travelers who are unable to honor a reservation are responsible for canceling all travel arrangements
in compliance with the terms of the hotel, airline, limousine, etc. If you fail to cancel, you may be
held financially responsible for charges. Travelers should remember that cancellation deadlines are
based on the the policies of the vendors. In case of billing dispute, travelers will be required to
produce proper documentation and where applicable, a cancellation number. The Travel Office maybe able to assist in resolving such issues.
